Water Heater Discussion

Main Goals
1. Never Run out of hot water
2. Use as little electricity as possible

Solar Loop
-Return directly to 250Gal Hottest tank

Result:
Make best use of whatever temp heat we have available

*Domestic water heating*
Anytime Water storage>tank2, heat tank 2
Else If storage >tank 1 then heat tank 1

*Floor Heating using Moderate Temps*
Floor runs from coldest tank that is above 80F
Floor cannot run if domestic hot water is drawing from warmer tank

*Transfer heat from hot tanks to storage tanks
*If drainback tank>set point,
Or if solar return<=drainback tank
