Panel problems

We pressure tested the latest panel and the glue seam under the extrusion blew out less than 20 psi. The glue peeled off the twin wall kinda easy there and the seal was much easier to break than on other places. So the surface prep wasn't adequate, or one or another surface was different somehow than normal, or the glue wasn't up to par.

Wayne will be doing more tests on that exact section of panel and then doing a peel test.

  • With no more prep than it had
  • scrubbed with scotchbrite pads
  • cleaned with alcohol
  • primed with special primer for that adhesive
More to come
